Q:  What is the process by which I may retain your services?

A:  Call, email or fax us. Provide your contact information and a brief description of your attorney needs. After I ask additional questions (if necessary)I will provide you with a draft retainer agreement that will include my rates, fees and payment schedule.

Q:  Is it OK to discuss my case with you before I decide to retain your services?

A:  Absolutely.  I always offer a 100% Free Consult before we agree to proceed.

Q:  What are your payment methods?

A:  We accept all major credit cards, money orders, and checks.

Q:  Is your practice limited to the State of California?

A:  Yes

Q:  Do you have a 24 hour hotline?

A:  If you call after our business hours (9am-5pm), you can leave a message and someone will return your call promptly the following business day.

Q:  How safe is my information with you?

A:  All personal information and case-related materials are absolutely 100% confidential. 

Q:  How many lawyers will be working on my case?

A:  We usually assign only one lawyer per case, but all cases are reviewed by the Senior Attorney. Major cases could be handled by multiple attorneys but understand that you will be billed for the hours of each attorney
